By using Podium, you agree to use the service lawfully and in good faith. You must not use the service to generate or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harmful, or that violates the rights of third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cognivance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
